A leading organisation is seeking a dynamic and strategic PR & Digital Communication Manager to lead our brand communication efforts across traditional and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Lead integrated PR, influencer, and digital communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across multiple channels.

Public Relations (PR) & Media Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders
  • Lead press releases, media pitches, interviews, and crisis communication when necessary
  • Monitor media coverage and evaluate PR performance

KOL / Influencer Strategy

  • Plan and manage KOL/influencer campaigns aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with relevant influencers across platforms
  • Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and track campaign performance (ROI, engagement, reach)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all influencer partnerships

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and daily operations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Lead content creation, storytelling, and engagement strategies to grow online communities
  • Monitor trends and optimise content based on performance insights and analytics
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, CRM) for integrated campaigns

Media Planning & Buying

  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, programmatic platforms)
  • Allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI and campaign performance
  • Analyse campaign data (CTR, CPA, conversions) and optimise media strategies
  • Work with external agencies for media buying and performance tracking

Budget Management

  • Manage and control annual PR and digital communication budgets
  • Track spending and ensure cost efficiency across campaigns and channels
  • Provide regular budget reports and performance analysis to management

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PR and digital communication team
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and external partners
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Candidate profile:

An experienced PR and communications professional with strong digital marketing expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for brand storytelling within the beauty or consumer industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or integrated communication
  • Proven track record in managing KOLs, social media, and media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in budget planning and financial control
  • Leadership experience with team management capabilities
