A leading organisation in Taiwan is seeking a Corporate Communication Assistant Manager / Manager.

Company Overview

A well-established company with a strong market presence and long-term business foundation. The company is looking for a Corporate Communication Assistant Manager / Manager to support external communications, brand reputation, media relations, corporate messaging, and internal communication initiatives.

This role will work closely with senior management, cross-functional teams, external agencies, and media partners to ensure consistent and effective communication across different stakeholder groups.

Role Overview

The Corporate Communication Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible for planning and executing corporate communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in corporate communication, public relations, media management, content development, and cross-functional project coordination.

Key responsibilities:

Corporate Communication & PR Strategy

  • Develop and execute corporate communication plans aligned with business priorities and brand direction
  • Support corporate messaging, press materials, executive speeches, company statements, and external communication materials
  • Ensure consistent communication tone and messaging across media, digital, internal, and external platforms

Media Relations & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage press releases, media inquiries, interview coordination, media monitoring, and PR reports
  • Support corporate events, press conferences, media briefings, and public-facing communication activities

Reputation & Issue Management

  • Monitor market news, industry trends, media coverage, and public sentiment related to the company and industry
  • Support issue management and crisis communication preparation when needed
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate communication responses

Content & Storytelling

  • Develop corporate content for press releases, newsletters, websites, social media, internal announcements, executive communications, and corporate presentations
  • Translate business updates into clear and engaging communication materials for different audiences
  • Ensure all content reflects the company’s positioning, values, and communication standards

Internal Communication

  • Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment
  • Coordinate company announcements, internal newsletters, town halls, leadership messages, and employee communication campaigns
  • Work with HR and business teams to deliver consistent internal messaging

Agency & Project Management

  • Manage PR agencies, creative vendors, media partners, and external communication partners
  • Coordinate communication projects across different departments and ensure smooth execution
  • Track communication performance, media results, and project outcomes

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, media relations, external affairs, or brand communication
  • Experience in consumer, lifestyle, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, technology, or corporate group environments is a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Chinese and English
  • Solid understanding of Taiwan media landscape and stakeholder communication
  • Experience managing PR agencies, media projects, corporate events, or executive communication is preferred
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Mature, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Fluent Mandarin and good English communication skills
