A leading global brand seeks a Social and Influencer Media Manager in Taiwan to drive digital growth, leading integrated social, creator, and community strategies that strengthen audience engagement, elevate brand presence across channels.

Key responsibilities:

As Social and Influencer Media Manager, you will drive the digital strategy for two iconic brands in Taiwan.

  • Develop and execute integrated paid, owned, and earned social strategies, localising campaigns and content for the Taiwan market while aligning with global priorities
  • Lead content planning, publishing, and optimisation across key social platforms, using KPI and sentiment insights to improve engagement and growth
  • Manage influencer partnerships and creator collaborations, overseeing selection, content delivery, performance tracking, and relationship management
  • Build strong social communities and user engagement through authentic conversations, cultural trendspotting, and user-generated content initiatives
  • Partner with global, local, product, distributor, and agency teams to support 360 campaigns, product launches, budget allocation, and continuous performance improvement

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing digital campaigns for consumer brands or agencies.

  • 7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and community management, preferably within fast-paced consumer or global brand environments
  • Strong expertise in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, online communities, and Taiwan’s influencer ecosystem, with proven success in growing awareness, preference, and advocacy
  • Hands-on experience managing social platforms, influencer/media relations, and external agency partners, including evaluating execution quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset with strong project management, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis capabilities
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, with the agility to collaborate across global teams; copywriting and digital asset creation are strong advantages
