Marketing Manager, Luxury
A leading luxury brand is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive its communication strategy through 360° campaigns across PR, digital, content, and events. You'll collaborate with global teams to shape brand storytelling and engage key audiences. The role offers a creative environment, flexible working, and ongoing development.
What you'll do:
- Develop comprehensive annual marketing communication plans that align with global brand strategies and local business objectives, ensuring all initiatives are tailored for maximum impact in each market.
- Oversee the consistent delivery of brand messaging across multiple channels—including print, digital, social media, and out-of-home—maintaining impeccable tone, visuals, and positioning at every touchpoint.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, stylists, and influencers within the luxury sector to enhance brand visibility through earned media coverage and strategic partnerships.
- Organise press events, media briefings, boutique openings, VIP experiences, and exhibitions that embody the essence of luxury while delivering memorable moments for clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor PR performance by tracking earned media value and sentiment analysis while providing actionable insights to refine future communications efforts.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management or a related field provides you with a solid academic foundation for this role.
- At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position within luxury or high-end fashion ensures you understand the nuances of premium branding.
- A deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour enables you to tailor messages that resonate authentically with discerning clientele.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills allow you to craft compelling narratives while presenting ideas clearly to internal teams or external partners.
- A keen eye for detail combined with refined aesthetic sensibilities ensures all materials meet exacting standards synonymous with luxury brands.
- Proven project management abilities empower you to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian or Mandarin would be highly advantageous when engaging international audiences.
