An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Product Manager to join a leading organisation within the beauty and FMCG sector in Taiwan.

This role offers the chance to manage product performance, support product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and creative partners in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. Ideal for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys consumer insights, project management, and driving brand growth through collaboration and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

Support the successful execution of product marketing initiatives, launches, and cross-functional projects while contributing valuable consumer and market insights.

  • Monitor in-market product performance and sales trends, providing insights to support business growth and commercial objectives
  • Lead new product development and launch campaigns, managing sub-projects while coordinating effectively with cross-functional internal teams
  • Drive special marketing projects in collaboration with creative, media, and external agency partners to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Analyse and interpret consumer research data and reports (e.g. Kantar, Nielsen) to generate actionable consumer insights and support strategic decision-making

Candidate profile:

Bring strong FMCG marketing experience, analytical capabilities, and collaborative project management skills to support product growth within the beauty industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within the FMCG or beauty industry; cosmetics experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong learning agility, adaptability, and a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, product launches, and relaunch initiatives effectively
  • Reliable, grounded, and dependable professional with a stable and proactive working style
