An exciting opportunity is available for a Brand Manager within the FMCG sector in Taipei.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong experience in product development, consumer insight, and integrated marketing strategy who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in driving brand growth, leading product launches, and delivering impactful campaigns supported by data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

Drive brand growth and product performance through strategic planning, consumer-focused campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead Individual Meal product portfolio strategies and emerging single-serve platforms to drive business growth and market performance
  • Manage new product development and promotional planning, including product concepts, pricing strategies, volume forecasting, promotional mechanics, and P&L analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to ensure successful execution of product launches and campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance through regular tracking, campaign evaluations, and disciplined timeline management across all promotions and launches
  • Drive consumer insight and market intelligence initiatives by analysing customer behaviour, consumption trends, competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies within the QSR industry
  • Leverage CRM, PK App, and transactional data to improve member engagement, increase customer frequency, and support data-driven marketing programmes
  • Conduct and manage consumer research activities, including focus group discussions, concept testing, quantitative surveys, and insight analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies, overseeing creative development, media planning, PR activities, digital assets, POSM production, and campaign performance tracking

Candidate profile:

Bring strong FMCG marketing expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative leadership to deliver impactful brand and business results.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is required; MBA qualification is preferred
  • Minimum six years of experience in marketing within the FMCG industry, with exposure to product or business development initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering high-growth results and consistently achieving or exceeding business objectives and performance targets
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines effectively
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, presentation, communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable mindset with strong teamwork, responsiveness, and a strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in analysing qualitative and quantitative research data, fluent in English communication and presentations, and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
