Marketing Manager, Consumer Electronics
An organisation in Taiwan seeks a Marketing Manager.
Role overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees campaign planning, performance marketing, content strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent messaging and strong market impact.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and positioning strategies
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives and campaigns
Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, retail, social, email, etc.)
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking
- Optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights and A/B testing
Brand & Content
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Oversee creation of marketing content including visuals, copy, and storytelling assets
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact campaigns
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to align marketing efforts
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Support product launches and promotional activities
Candidate profile:
Experience
- 5–8+ years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
