Digital Project Manager
A consumer retail organisation seeks a Digital Project Manager in Taiwan to drive digital platform innovation, enhance user experience, and lead cross-functional tech, marketing, and design initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
As a Digital Project Manager, you will use digital tools and strategies to boost brand visibility, enhance user experience, improve conversions, and increase engagement.
- Lead planning and end-to-end operations of mobile app and LINE Official Account (LINE BC) digital services
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase app downloads and boost user engagement (MAU/DAU)
- Collaborate with IT, UI/UX designers, and external vendors to design, enhance, and optimize platform features
- Improve user journeys, workflows, UI/UX design, and overall platform functionality for better experience and performance
- Plan and implement digital campaigns, interactive experiences, and membership programs to drive platform usage
- Promote services, group-buy initiatives, and digital engagement activities across owned and third-party platforms
- Analyse performance metrics (downloads, active users, conversion rates) and translate insights into optimisation strategies
- Manage project timelines, requirements, and delivery milestones to ensure successful and timely feature launches
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring digital project experience in marketing and tech, strong mobile app understanding, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful user experiences.
- Proven digital project delivery in marketing/tech environments with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong mobile app experience in feature planning, UI/UX optimisation, workflow, and performance tracking
- Skilled in digital marketing tools and analytics to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion
- Experience executing digital campaigns across owned and third-party platforms (e.g., apps, LINE, social media)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills to deliver aligned project outcomes
