An established global player in the luxury beverages sector is seeking a Brand Manager to drive strategic brand development, creative campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

As Brand Manager – Alcohol and Luxury (1 Year Contract), you will play a pivotal role in shaping how iconic spirit brands are perceived in Taiwan’s competitive marketplace.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to localise global brand strategies for the Taiwan market
  • Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and alignment with brand standards
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis, maintaining intelligence to support strategic decisions and brand positioning
  • Drive consumer-centric activations that enhance brand desirability and engagement across ATL/BTL channels
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends and campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies
  • Oversee agency relationships, including briefings, quality control, and evaluations to optimise ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and regional stakeholders to execute initiatives and support business objectives

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring proven expertise in managing premium or luxury brands, coupled with strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing or product management
  • Strong knowledge of brand and trade marketing, with exposure to product launches and agency management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to manage cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships
  • Experience managing product launches and collaborating with media, creative, PR, event agencies, and design partners
  • Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and strong learning agility
