A leading tech provider seeks a Growth Marketing Manager in Taipei to drive global user acquisition, leveraging AI, data, and multi-market campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive multi-channel user acquisition, leveraging AI, data analytics, and localisation to optimise campaigns and conversion funnels globally.
- Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Own and optimise global app campaigns across Google and paid social channels, designing campaign structures, managing budgets, and driving real-time performance improvements
- Creative Production at Scale: Develop and scale high-performing ad creatives using AI tools, managing continuous testing and repurposing content across formats and channels
- Analytics & Optimisation: Leverage data from ads platforms and analytics tools to evaluate performance, build optimisation frameworks, and drive ROI through cohort and revenue analysis
- Localisation & International Growth: Lead multilingual campaign localisation, adapting messaging and creatives for diverse markets using AI-driven translation and content scaling
- In-App Growth & CRM: Drive in-app engagement and retention strategies while partnering with product teams to optimise paywalls and conversion funnels
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strong mobile growth marketing experience, expertise in Google App Campaigns, AI-driven creativity, data-driven optimisation, and global, cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 3+ years in mobile app growth marketing with hands-on Google App Campaigns (UAC) expertise and strong understanding of ASO (App Store Optimisation) and scalable campaign structures
- Strong command of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, cohort retention, conversion value tracking, attribution windows) with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Hands-on creative producer skilled in ad copy, visual and video content/editing, leveraging AI tools to create and scale assets independently
- Data-savvy, able to analyse GA4, BigQuery, and ads data using AI tools to generate insights and optimise performance
- Experienced in multi-market/localised campaigns with added exposure to paid social platforms, MMP tools, or e-commerce growth as a plus
