Senior Brand Manager, F&B

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for building brand awareness, extending market share, and fostering customer loyalty in the sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, marketing, and sales of beauty products, understanding consumer needs and market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch.


What you'll do:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Initiate the 360-degree product strategy and plan based on market analysis and target audience insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product development, launch, and post-launch activities.
  • Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies to effectively promote products and drive sales.
  • Provide sales teams with necessary product knowledge, marketing materials, and support to facilitate effective selling and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to source ATL/BTL execution.
  • Engage with customers through various channels (e.g., social media, surveys, focus groups) to gather insights, gather feedback, and build brand loyalty.


What you bring:

  • Solid Product portfolio management & trade marketing planning skills in FMCG/Cosmetic/Retail companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and sales metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and innovation mindset with passion for FMCG products.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including regulations, ingredient safety labeling requirements.
