(Assistant) Brand Manager - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of annual marketing plans and operational plans.
- Execute brand communication strategies across various channels including digital, media, chef association, forum, seminar, demo and KOL.
- Identify suitable promotion programs and materials to support sales activation.
- Ensure forecast accuracy.
- Collect and consolidate regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, consumer insights, shopper behaviour, and market share data.
- Work with stakeholders to support brand decisions.
- Control PFME operations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of brand marketing experience at a Brand/Product Manager equivalent level.
- Solid experience in managing ATL & BTL brand marketing campaigns.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Results-driven attitude.
