About the Company Our client is a global semiconductor company developing advanced solutions for the computing market. As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support market strategy, product positioning, and business growth across the region. This role will work closely with sales, applications, engineering, and product teams to translate customer requirements and market trends into effective product strategies and compelling value propositions.

What you'll do

As a Marketing Manager supporting Computing market, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen product positioning and support business growth. You will work closely with customer-facing and technical teams to understand market requirements, communicate product value, and identify opportunities for future growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for computing-related applications in alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent the marketing function in cross-functional discussions and coordinate closely with sales, applications, and product teams.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to communicate product functionality, technical advantages, and customer value.
  • Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and key messages for target markets and applications.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support product and business decisions.
  • Partner with sales and applications teams to develop presentations, product materials, demonstrations, and other marketing content.
  • Conduct product and application training for internal teams, business partners, and customers.
  • Monitor market trends, technology developments, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Translate market feedback into recommendations for product planning and future development.
  • Manage multiple projects and coordinate stakeholders across different functions and regions.

What you bring

The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with experience in marketing, applications engineering, or product-related roles within the semiconductor or electronics industry. You should have a good understanding of the computing ecosystem and be comfortable communicating technical concepts to both engineering and commercial audiences.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, applications engineering, or a related role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of computing applications and related semiconductor technologies.
  • Knowledge of power management, power conversion, or semiconductor components is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, system companies, or semiconductor customers.
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, customer requirements, and market trends.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer value propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, competitive information, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively across sales, applications, engineering, and product management teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
