What you'll do:
* Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies tailored to the needs of the electronic manufacturing industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
* Plan, organise, and execute events and trade shows both locally and internationally, managing logistics and promotional materials to maximise brand visibility.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams within the organisation as well as external partners, fostering collaborative relationships that drive successful project outcomes.
* Collaborate with various departments to create engaging marketing materials for external communication, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise future strategies.
* Support overseas business trips by preparing relevant materials and coordinating activities with international stakeholders.
* Ensure all event planning adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices, maintaining professionalism throughout every stage.
* Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry developments in power-related products to inform strategic decisions.
What you bring:
* At least three years of experience in B2B marketing within the technology sector (electronic manufacturing), ideally with exposure to power-related products.
* Proven ability to plan and execute events as well as develop external marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messages.
* Fluent English language skills demonstrated by a TOEIC score above 800, enabling clear communication with international stakeholders.
* Willingness and capability to travel overseas independently for business purposes when required.
* Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaborative relationships across functions and organisations.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Familiarity with analysing campaign performance metrics to inform future strategy adjustments.
* Commitment to ongoing learning through participation in training opportunities or knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Sensitivity towards cultural differences when working with global teams or clients.
