Multisite EHS Manager

An established manufacturing organisation in Taiwan seeks a Multisite Environmental Health and Safety Manager to drive EHS excellence across multiple sites, strengthening safety, compliance, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of group EHS standards, policies, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory requirements across multiple sites, ensuring consistent compliance and operational excellence
  • Drive proactive risk management through site inspections, audits, compliance reviews, incident investigations, and corrective action plans to strengthen workplace safety and minimise operational risks
  • Partner with site leadership to provide expert guidance on EHS matters, including risk assessments, machine and chemical safety, contractor management, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and loss prevention
  • Oversee EHS performance reporting, regulatory and insurance inspections, site action plans, and capital improvement projects to enhance compliance, reduce risks, and support continuous improvement
  • Champion a strong safety and sustainability culture by delivering EHS training, promoting accountability, and leading initiatives that reduce environmental impact across all assigned sites

Candidate profile:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related discipline, with 5 to 10 years’ multisite EHS management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Hold a Level B Labour Safety Management Technician certification (required), with Level A certification highly regarded for advanced EHS leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in EHS regulatory compliance, incident investigations, root cause analysis, risk assessments, audits, and corrective action management across multiple sites
  • Bring hands-on experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, environmental management practices, and sustainability initiatives covering waste, energy, water, and emissions
  • Apply strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills to interpret EHS performance data, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-site initiatives effectively
