Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team and drive technology introduction, overseas technology transfer, validation, and mass production improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and introduction of new technologies and equipment, including risk, cost, and mass-production feasibility assessments.
• Lead overseas technology transfer projects and serve as the primary engineering contact to ensure quality and project timelines.
• Establish and optimize DVT / PVT validation processes and criteria to improve engineering efficiency and scalability.
• Lead root-cause analysis and improvement of major mass-production issues, and implement preventive measures.
• Manage daily operations and professional development of the engineering team.
• Develop and mentor senior and mid-level engineers and establish talent development and succession plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand front-end requirements and drive improvements in manufacturing and engineering processes.
