Security Engineer (熟悉金管會要求)

A FinTech company is seeking a Security Engineer to strengthen security across endpoints, identity, networks and cloud resources.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on security engineering with Taiwan regulatory compliance, helping build controls that are secure, measurable and audit-ready.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement security baselines, patching and lifecycle management across macOS and Windows endpoints
• Automate endpoint security deployment and configuration using Bash, Python or PowerShell
• Manage office security infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi and DNS
• Own and maintain an accurate inventory of endpoints, accounts, cloud resources, SaaS platforms and IT equipment
• Translate Taiwan FSC/VASP requirements and personal data protection regulations into measurable security controls
• Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits by maintaining appropriate controls and evidence

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT, cybersecurity or information security
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows endpoint management
• Scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python or PowerShell
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta or LDAP
• Practical knowledge of firewalls, VPN, switching, Wi-Fi and DNS
• Experience applying Taiwan regulatory requirements, particularly FSC regulations and the Personal Data Protection Act
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• A focus on automation, measurable controls and auditability
