What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise security controls across endpoints, servers, networks, identity management systems, SaaS environments, and data protection frameworks.
• Consolidate security signals from multiple sources to enhance visibility and measurement of control effectiveness while transforming findings into actionable remediation plans.
• Develop automation scripts and integrations to reduce manual operations, improve alert quality, accelerate response times, and generate reliable operational and compliance evidence.
• Analyse security events and suspicious activities; provide support for triage, investigation, containment, remediation processes as well as post-incident improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure and security teams to ensure consistent application of best practices across all employee endpoints and corporate systems.
• Support the implementation of advanced security technologies such as endpoint protection solutions (EDR/XDR), MDM/UEM platforms, vulnerability management tools, patch management systems, SIEM/log analysis platforms, DLP solutions, CASB/SSE tools, firewalls, VPNs, or identity/security platforms.
• Create security intelligence or perform automation using Agentic AI or GenAI technologies to streamline workflows and enhance threat detection capabilities.
• Write scripts for managing or performing security operations efficiently across various platforms and environments.
• Work with APIs, logs, structured data sets, dashboards, reporting workflows or integrate with existing security platforms to optimise monitoring and response strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying security gaps and collaborating with multiple teams to remediate vulnerabilities effectively.

What you bring:

• Over three years of hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), mobile device management (MDM/UEM), vulnerability management tools patch management systems SIEM/log analysis DLP CASB/SSE firewall VPN or identity/security platforms.
• Familiarity with basic enterprise security management including office network administration firewall configuration and maintenance.
• Ability to create actionable security intelligence or perform automation tasks using Agentic AI or GenAI technologies for enhanced workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency in writing scripts for managing or executing security operations across diverse environments leveraging modern programming languages.
• Experience working with APIs logs structured data dashboards reporting workflows or integrating with various security platforms for optimised monitoring.
• Demonstrated ownership problem-solving ability willingness to drive collaborative remediation efforts across multiple teams within the organisation.
• English communication skills sufficient for technical discussions documentation purposes and effective collaboration with global colleagues.
