What you'll do:

  • Plan, develop, revise, and update information security policies, management procedures, operational guidelines, and related forms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of management systems and evaluate the effectiveness of relevant controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements related to information security, personal data protection, AI governance, and cloud services; assess their impact on company operations and drive necessary improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain the validity of international certifications by managing certification scope, controls, supporting evidence, remediation items, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Organise annual internal audits, management reviews, risk assessments, control assessments, and corrective action follow-ups to uphold high standards of compliance.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for external certification audits including customer audits, supplier assessments, and third-party information security audits; prepare documentation and coordinate interviews.
  • Respond to audit findings by tracking remediation efforts and ensuring effective resolution of identified issues.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication regarding information security matters and support project tracking activities.
  • Stay updated on emerging topics in information security, personal data protection, AI governance, and cloud security to proactively address new challenges.

What you bring:

  • At least three years’ experience in information security management or related fields such as governance, risk management, regulatory compliance or auditing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 27001 management systems including hands-on experience in implementation or maintenance as well as conducting internal or external certification audits.
  • Exceptional documentation skills enabling you to prepare detailed policies, procedures, risk assessment reports and audit documentation that meet international standards.
  • Strong cross-functional communication abilities allowing you to coordinate effectively across departments while tracking projects collaboratively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills combined with the capacity to independently manage work progress and prioritise tasks based on risk assessment and business importance.
  • Basic English reading and writing proficiency so you can understand global standards as well as customer requirements; ability to prepare audit supporting documentation in English.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new concepts within information security including personal data protection or AI governance topics.
