What you'll do:

• Design comprehensive security architectures for enterprise-level systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into all stages of system development and deployment.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across the organisation.
• Lead incident response efforts by coordinating with internal stakeholders to investigate breaches, contain threats, and implement corrective actions.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience designing secure architectures for large-scale enterprise systems within complex environments.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions.
• In-depth understanding of risk assessment methodologies, vulnerability management processes, and threat modelling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the semiconductor or high-tech industries (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Hands-on expertise in cloud security platforms (such as AWS or Azure), network segmentation strategies, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead incident response activities including investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing comprehensive documentation for security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in training programmes or attainment of relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
