Security Architect

An organisation seeks a Security Architect to strengthen and modernise enterprise security architecture by designing and integrating robust solutions across systems, applications, and infrastructure to enhance resilience and protection in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

• Own enterprise-wide security architecture design and evolution, ensuring systems, applications, and infrastructure are resilient, compliant, and protected against emerging threats
• Define security roadmaps and strategy, anticipating future risks and technology trends to guide enterprise security direction and investment decisions
• Lead threat modelling and risk assessments across complex environments, identifying vulnerabilities and driving effective, risk-based mitigation actions
• Evaluate emerging technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring secure integration while advancing capabilities in areas such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AI security
• Partner across engineering and business teams to embed security into the SDLC, document key architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members to strengthen overall security maturity

Candidate profile:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field, with 15 years' IT/cybersecurity experience, including 8 years in cybersecurity architecture and engineering
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise security defence architectures across complex environments
• Deep hands-on knowledge of containerisation technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker, with strong focus on secure deployment and best practices
• Proven capability in AI security architectures, applying emerging security models to modern, distributed systems
• Demonstrated technical leadership in complex security initiatives, CISSP (Architecture specialisation) certified, with strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills
