What you'll do:

* Oversee full-cycle SAP migration project management activities from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders from diverse backgrounds across the globe to develop strong work relationships throughout the organisation.
* Utilise consulting skills to guide teams through change management processes that optimise performance and efficiency.
* Monitor project progress using best practices in SAP project management while adapting strategies as needed for successful outcomes.
* Support the development of innovative solutions to business problems by applying analytical thinking and logical reasoning.
* Ensure information flows upward and downward within the organisation through outstanding communication skills.

What you bring:

* 5-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems including S/4 Hana-related configurations, demonstrating deep technical expertise.
* At least five full-cycle SAP migration project management experiences in a PM capacity, showcasing proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.
* Experience as an SAP user is preferred for understanding end-to-end process requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple complex issues simultaneously while prioritising concurrent projects effectively.
* Successful experience working within cross-cultural teams or managing global teams is highly valued for fostering inclusive collaboration.
* Fluency in English is required for communicating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds; proficiency in Japanese or French would be a strong plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally across North America, Europe, and Asia as dictated by business needs.
* Demonstrated analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills for tackling business challenges.
* Outstanding interpersonal communication skills enabling information flow throughout all levels of the organisation.
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or related domains is preferred.
