What you'll do:

* Facilitate the implementation of HR transformation initiatives by championing digitalisation, AI enablement, and business process redesign throughout the organisation.
* Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps by analysing data-driven insights and translating business objectives into actionable project milestones for HR teams.
* Coordinate communication efforts to ensure organisational readiness and assist global stakeholders in adopting new digital tools and workflows seamlessly.
* Identify high-value AI use cases across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, talent management, and employee services, to maximise operational efficiency.
* Assist in integrating AI technologies into HR workflows, decision-making processes, and service delivery models for enhanced employee experience.
* Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimise HR operations.
* Prepare comprehensive data-driven reports and transformation recommendations that guide leadership decisions and support ongoing change initiatives.
* Act as a key liaison across departments to foster innovation, enterprise agility, and cross-functional collaboration during transformation projects.
* Support stakeholder engagement by nurturing relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Monitor progress against project milestones and proactively address challenges to maintain momentum in transformation programmes.


What you bring:
* 10–15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, HR transformation or digital project management within complex organisations.
* Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation programmes in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience facilitating AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale with measurable outcomes.
* Solid understanding of HR operating models including shared services structures and technology ecosystems relevant to modern workplaces.
* Ability to identify high-value AI use cases across various stages of the employee lifecycle such as talent acquisition and management.
* Strong analytical skills for preparing data-driven reports that inform strategic recommendations during transformation projects.
* Excellent interpersonal abilities for acting as a liaison across departments and nurturing collaborative relationships with global stakeholders.
* Prior experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing or multinational enterprises is highly desirable but not mandatory.
* Commitment to continuous learning through participation in training opportunities offered by the organisation.
