A leading global manufacturer is seeking an IT Business Process Team Lead to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and process governance across multiple functions.

This role focuses on designing and implementing global standardised processes while enabling cross-functional collaboration across sales, procurement, production, finance, and HR. You will play a key role in advancing supply chain optimisation, data accuracy, and transparent manufacturing through structured change management and process architecture.

Key responsibilities:

As an IT Business Process Team Lead, you will play a central role in diagnosing operational challenges across all departments using advanced analytical tools and methodologies.

  • Diagnose enterprise-wide process inefficiencies across sales, procurement, technology, production, finance, and HR using process mining, value chain analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Design and implement global standardised business process frameworks (L1–L3), driving the transition from As-Is to To-Be digital transformation blueprints
  • Lead cross-functional governance forums to build consensus, manage stakeholder alignment, and oversee execution of end-to-end process and system changes
  • Drive organisational change management by embedding automated system logic into business processes, reducing operational friction and improving transformation success
  • Establish and enforce master data governance standards for material, customer, and supplier data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance at source
  • Implement structured version control for product structures (BOM baselines) and routing processes to maintain end-to-end traceability across the value chain
  • Design and optimise global supply chain architectures, including long-term capacity planning, agile order response models, and cross-border operational flexibility
  • Enable transparent manufacturing and S&OP optimisation through dynamic resource allocation, automated inventory logic, and real-time production reporting systems

Candidate profile:

To excel as an IT Business Process Team Lead, you bring substantial experience from supply chain management or production planning roles within the manufacturing sector.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, process management, or consulting within the manufacturing industry, ERP or SCM implementation experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes with the ability to translate complex business requirements into structured process flows and architectural designs
  • Excellent logical thinking and system design capability to develop clear, scalable operational frameworks and process models
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple sites and functional teams
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart to visualise workflows and support collaborative decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and BI tools for data-driven problem solving and operational insights
  • Prior experience in consulting or accounting firms is advantageous, with additional value placed on exposure to apparel manufacturing or attribute-based production environments
