What will you do:

* Lead the entire process of ERP system evaluation and selection, including cross-departmental demand interviews, vendor screening, solution evaluation, and system suitability judgment, ensuring cost-effective and long-term scalability of selection decisions.
* Plan and execute the entire process of ERP implementation projects, from scheduling, milestone setting to risk control, to ensure that the project is launched smoothly and achieves the expected goals.
* Inventory current business processes and optimize and standardize them, transforming complex processes into system operation models and improving business operational efficiency.
* Directly manage SI (system integrator), ERP vendors, and external consultants, strictly control delivery quality, timeline, and budget to ensure that partners complete tasks as planned.
* Judge the trade-off between standard functions and customized requirements, and propose the most suitable solution based on the actual situation of the enterprise.
* Plan the core modules of ERP (financial accounting, procurement, inventory, supply chain, sales order management) and integrate HR, CRM, POS, e-commerce and other related system data integration when necessary.
* Promote all departments to cooperate with process and system changes, effectively handle conflicts between departments and make reasonable trade-offs, so that the new system is truly implemented rather than a formality.
* Independently make recommendations and support management decisions to drive project progress and achieve goals in a highly uncertain environment.
* Oversee all deliverables within the project scope, including timelines, budgets, and quality control, to ensure that projects meet the long-term needs of the company.

What you bring:

* With over 10 years of experience in ERP or enterprise system implementation, you can independently lead large-scale end-to-end projects and be responsible for delivering final results.
* With complete practical experience in ERP selection and implementation, you not only participates in but also leads the entire process, including demand interviews, vendor screening, and solution evaluation.
* Familiarity with core business processes such as financial accounting, receivables, sales, inventory, and operations can transform complex processes into system operation models.
* Able to operate independently, and have excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, effectively promoting various departments to cooperate with process transformation and handle conflicts.
* Experience in SI (System Integrator) and external consultant management, can strictly control delivery quality, schedule and budget.
* Able to drive project progress in a highly uncertain environment and make reasonable trade-offs and decisions to achieve long-term goals.
* Being stationed in Taichung and familiar with Taiwan's local work model and supplier ecology can help improve communication efficiency and project implementation rate.
