What you'll do:
- Plan, manage, and optimise the company’s IT infrastructure including networks, servers, enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, and cloud environments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain enterprise systems like Data Systems or Digiwin ERP by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades for optimal functionality.
- Establish robust information security policies and frameworks aligned with industry standards such as ISO 27001 to protect sensitive data and support audit requirements.
- Design and implement advanced security architecture including firewalls, endpoint detection response (EDR), security information event management (SIEM), data loss prevention (DLP), and other protective measures.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, vulnerability scanning activities, and incident response handling to proactively address potential threats.
- Support customer and regulatory security audit requirements by preparing documentation, facilitating audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Promote employee security awareness through engaging training programmes that foster a culture of vigilance and responsibility across the organisation.
- Introduce generative AI solutions for document processing, automated reporting, knowledge management systems, enhancing operational efficiency through automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate AI tools for potential security risks such as data leakage or access control issues to ensure safe adoption within the organisation.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience planning and managing IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
- Proven ability to maintain complex enterprise systems like Data Systems or Digiwin ERP through performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of information security management principles with hands-on experience implementing frameworks such as ISO 27001.
- Expertise in designing advanced security architectures using firewalls, EDR solutions, SIEM platforms, DLP tools, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated skill in conducting thorough security risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and effective incident response procedures.
- Experience supporting customer or regulatory audit requirements by preparing documentation and facilitating compliance activities.
- Ability to promote employee awareness through engaging training programmes focused on information security best practices.
- Familiarity with generative AI solutions for document processing or automated reporting within an enterprise context.
- Track record of collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements or digital transformation initiatives.
