A leading international industrial automation and B2B solutions company is seeking an ERP Project Manager in Taiwan to lead enterprise system initiatives across business and technology functions.

This is an opportunity for an experienced application developer or PL/TL to step into broader project ownership while remaining close to the technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead requirements analysis, system design and development planning for internal enterprise applications
• Manage project timelines and coordinate internal and external development teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery
• Translate business needs into practical system and functional solutions, working closely with key stakeholders
• Stay hands-on when required, evaluating new technologies and supporting project-related technical initiatives
• Partner with international headquarters to align on system initiatives, using business-level Japanese or English as a working language

Candidate profile:

• Around 4 years’ application system design and development experience, with PL/TL experience preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in business requirements analysis, system overview or functional design
• Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM, inventory or similar enterprise systems
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or MySQL databases
• Business-level Japanese or English communication skills
• Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an advantage
