A leading global semiconductor manufacturer seeks an SAP Sales and Distribution Manager in Taiwan to transform SAP Order-to-Cash processes, optimise SAP SD solutions, and enable scalable global operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) solutions across multiple business units, ensuring operational excellence
• Manage, mentor, and develop the SAP SD team by setting priorities, overseeing deliverables, and building technical capability
• Design and optimise end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including pricing, billing, credit management, returns, delivery, and intercompany sales
• Analyse business requirements and deliver SAP best-practice solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver business-aligned SAP SD solutions
• Drive SAP SD integration with enterprise systems to enable seamless, scalable, and efficient end-to-end business operations

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, with 7+ years' SAP SD experience
• Proven experience leading SAP SD teams or serving as a solution owner in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including pricing, billing, logistics, and intercompany sales
• Experience integrating SAP SD with FI/CO, MM, PP, and WM/EWM, and delivering full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Activate, EDI, IDoc, data migration, and third-party logistics integration is advantageous
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project governance skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese; experience in global manufacturing environments is preferred
