A leading global organisation is seeking an SAP Manager to lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) and Controlling (CO) process stream, supporting ERP transformation and digital finance initiatives across their business. What you'll do:

  • Lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) and Controlling (CO) business processes by collaborating with power users to identify, implement, and deliver continuous improvements that support operational excellence.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Display ERP deployment projects, working with IT and business stakeholders to manage all phases including requirements gathering, system integration testing (SIT), user training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
  • Provide day-to-day support for finance users in system operations such as month-end closing activities by offering functional guidance, issue resolution, and process support.
  • Assist in developing strategic plans that drive step improvements within cross-functional areas to meet or exceed customer expectations while optimising profitability.
  • Support strategy project initiatives by ensuring effective execution of programme management activities and follow-up actions for project success.
  • Collaborate with user groups to analyse report requirements and align data warehouse implementation with business needs for enhanced reporting solutions.
  • Design business data warehouse solutions and ETL logic for cost and profit analysis, establishing a digital foundation for scenario planning and profit optimisation.
  • Work closely with the Centre of Excellence Master Data Management team to support master data governance processes related to finance operations.
  • Assess new solutions and innovative technologies within the process stream to enable new business capabilities that advance organisational digitalisation transformation.
  • Define, track, and improve key performance metrics related to supported process streams by evaluating advanced systems and promoting continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required along with familiarity in finance closing processes; your experience supporting finance users in daily operations will be highly valued.
  • You bring at least five years of SAP functional or business consultant experience specifically within RTR–CO streams on large-scale projects where you have delivered global template solutions.
  • Your background includes a minimum of five years working in business or finance functions, participating in transformation initiatives or SAP consulting roles within dynamic environments.
  • You possess hard skills in SAP functional areas complemented by consulting abilities that enable you to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Project management soft skills such as effective communication, schedule management, scope control, and risk mitigation are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in cross-functional communication allows you to work collaboratively across departments while fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required along with proficiency in Chinese reading/writing; English language skills must include listening/speaking as well as reading/writing capabilities.
  • SAP certification is desirable as it demonstrates your commitment to professional development within the field of enterprise resource planning.
  • Project Management certification is considered advantageous for candidates who wish to further strengthen their leadership credentials.
  • Business analysis or supply chain management related certification would be beneficial for those looking to expand their impact across multiple domains.
