我們正在尋找一位細心、具備數據邏輯與跨部門溝通能力的銷售訂單管理專員加入臺灣運營團隊。 您將成為業務、行銷、電商渠道與後端倉儲物流之間的重要橋樑,確保全通路(B2B 與 DTC)的出貨、調貨及退貨流程順暢且高效執行。

主要工作職責 (Key Responsibilities)

1. SAP 銷售訂單與主檔管理

訂單全生命週期管理: 負責 SAP 系統內銷售訂單的建立、審核、追蹤、變更與結案,確保數據準確性與時效性。

主檔維護: 負責 B2B (企業客戶) DTC (直營電商/零售) 訂單相關主檔資料的建立與日常維護管理。

2. 通路對接與配貨協調

業務與行銷對接: 負責業務配貨邏輯執行及行銷活動訂單的對接,確保庫存分配符合商業策略。

行銷活動出貨規劃: 深入參與市場行銷活動,提前協調並制定相應的大型出貨計畫,避免物流塞車。

電商渠道調貨: 針對電商平台的特殊需求,靈活協調跨倉或跨通路的調貨與補貨作業。

3. 出退貨追蹤與異常協調

物流進度追蹤: 緊密追蹤出貨訂單的在途狀態,及時向業務或電商團隊反饋異常。

退貨安排: 負責退貨流程的協調與安排,確保退回商品能順利進入後端倉儲的退收管理流程。


必要條件 (Basic Qualifications)

工作經驗:

具備 2 年以上 訂單管理 (Order Management)、客戶服務 (CustomerService / Inside Sales) 或供應鏈運營相關經驗。

系統能力: 必須具備 SAP 系統 操作經驗(特別是 SD 模組或訂單、配貨相關功能)。

核心能力: 具備良好的邏輯思維與數據處理能力,對數字敏感。

加分條件 (Preferred Qualifications)

具備 B2B DTC (電商/零售) 雙通路訂單處理經驗者優先考慮。

熟悉多通路庫存調撥、電商平台(如 Shopee 等)後台運作或轉移流程者佳。

具備基礎數據分析能力(如熟練使用 Excel 樞紐分析、VLOOKUP Power BI)以優化訂單排程。
