A leading FMCG organisation seeks an SAP FICO In-House Consultant in Taiwan to drive digital transformation by optimising SAP S/4HANA finance systems, enabling seamless business operations and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO transformation initiatives, delivering implementation, optimisation, and rollout projects across multiple business units to modernise finance operations
• Ensure the stability and performance of mission-critical finance systems by resolving complex issues, providing expert operational support, and delivering sustainable technical solutions
• Drive integration across finance and commercial platforms, connecting SAP with sales finance, trade promotion, e-commerce, and third-party logistics systems to enable seamless omni-channel operations
• Enhance financial insight and reporting by implementing S/4HANA Margin Analysis (Account-Based CO-PA) and SAP Group Reporting to support profitability analysis and strategic decision-making
• Act as the SAP FICO subject matter expert for Taiwan, ensuring local financial and tax compliance, aligning regional and business requirements, and driving continuous system improvements to support digital transformation

Candidate profile:

• 3+ years’ SAP FICO experience, with hands-on configuration expertise and successful delivery of at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project
• Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, including FICO, Margin Analysis (Account-Based CO-PA), and SAP Group Reporting, with the ability to design and optimise enterprise finance solutions
• Proven FMCG or retail experience, with exposure to high-volume accounts receivable, credit management, pricing and rebates, omni-channel retail, e-commerce platforms, and Taiwan's financial integration requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex integration and data challenges while quickly adopting new SAP technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional English proficiency to collaborate across regional teams; Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
