A leading international brand is seeking a SAP and ERP Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimise enterprise technology operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Taiwan.

This role will drive SAP ERP governance, enterprise systems integration, cybersecurity strategy, and cross-functional collaboration while aligning IT initiatives with long-term business goals. Key responsibilities:

As the SAP and ERP Manager, you will lead enterprise technology strategy, oversee SAP ERP and manufacturing systems integration, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing IT operations that support business growth and operational excellence.

Strategic IT & Digital Transformation Leadership

• Lead and implement enterprise IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with global business goals, operational efficiency, and long-term growth

SAP ERP Governance & Optimisation

• Lead the strategic management, enhancement, and regional governance of the SAP ERP landscape, driving process standardisation, operational efficiency, and data-driven business decisions across functions

Enterprise Application Management

• Oversee the integration and continuous improvement of enterprise systems including SAP, MES, and WMS to support manufacturing operations, supply chain visibility, and business process optimisation

Global Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the key IT business partner for global stakeholders, regional teams, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication, project alignment, and successful cross-border technology initiatives

IT Operations & Infrastructure Management

• Manage daily IT operations to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems, infrastructure, servers, databases, and business-critical applications. Skills

Information Security, Compliance & Risk Management

• Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and compliance frameworks to safeguard enterprise data and operational resilience

System Architecture & Technology Innovation

• Drive scalable system architecture planning and application development initiatives to support future business growth, automation, and smart manufacturing capabilities

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team by fostering a collaborative, performance-driven, and continuous learning culture across applications, infrastructure, and support functions

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate will bring extensive SAP ERP and enterprise systems experience within manufacturing or industrial environments, combined with strong leadership, cybersecurity, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.

Enterprise Applications & Development

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP core module management and enterprise application integration
• Experience with MES, WMS, and manufacturing-related systems
• Application development experience in C#, and Visual Studio environment
• Solid database management experience with MS SQL Server

Infrastructure & Security Management

• Server, website, and enterprise infrastructure administration
• Network security architecture, firewall management, and cybersecurity operations
• Backup strategy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Incident management, crisis response, and operational risk mitigation

Leadership & Business Capabilities

• Proven experience leading enterprise IT transformation initiatives in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience working in multinational or regional organisations preferred
• Ability to bridge business operations with enterprise technology solutions
