A retail organisation seeks a Sales Order Management Specialist to manage end-to-end SAP order processing and cross-channel (B2B/DTC) logistics coordination across teams.

Key responsibilities:

As a Sales Order Management Specialist, you will manage SAP order processing, coordinate logistics and returns, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

  • Manage end-to-end SAP sales order processing, including creation, review, tracking, modification, and closure with real-time data accuracy
  • Maintain and update B2B and DTC master data, ensuring reliable order and customer information
  • Execute allocation logic and align marketing campaign orders with inventory and business priorities
  • Coordinate shipment planning for marketing activities and large-scale orders to optimise logistics flow and avoid bottlenecks
  • Support e-commerce needs through flexible cross-warehouse and cross-channel replenishment and inventory coordination
  • Monitor shipment status, handle exceptions, and communicate issues with relevant sales or e-commerce teams
  • Manage return workflows and continuously improve SAP order processes and scheduling efficiency through data-driven optimisation

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring years of order management experience, strong SAP and Excel skills, and experience in B2B/DTC operations with solid cross-functional communication abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain, international trade, business, or information management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations preferred
  • Strong SAP skills (especially SD module or order/fulfilment processes) with ability to execute end-to-end operations independently
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to perform under pressure during high-volume order periods
  • Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity with solid analytical ability
  • Experience in B2B and DTC omnichannel order management preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) or Power BI; experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory allocation is a plus
