What you'll do:

• Assist internal departments with SAP Retail SD and MM module operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
• Monitor day-to-day system activities, troubleshoot anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions for SAP Retail SD/MM-related issues.
• Analyze business needs and conduct feasibility studies. Independently or collaboratively carry out system development tasks. Strong ABAP programming and IMG configuration skills are essential.
• Support cross-functional project initiatives, manage timelines and resources, and ensure optimal project execution and performance.
• Create and maintain all related technical and operational documentation.

What you bring:

• Experience in system integration and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems in the retail industry.
• Hands-on experience in supporting new business process implementation or optimizing existing workflows, including conducting user interviews, gathering and confirming requirements, and maintaining/developing ABAP programs.
