  • 負責整體SRE流程的設計、實施與優化,確保服務穩定性和可擴展性。
  • 重新梳理現有的運維流程,提升效率與效果,並建立符合公司需求的性能指標和監控系統。
  • 領導並協助SRE團隊與QA團隊的合作,確保產品的高可用性和可測試性。
  • 在團隊中推動自動化與DevOps文化的發展,提升部署和回滾的效率。
  • 主動識別並解決系統瓶頸與故障,提升團隊的問題解決能力。
  • 組織技術分享與培訓,提升團隊整體技術水平。

  • 至少3-5年Site Reliability Engineering相關經驗
  • 有開發背景,精通至少一門語言(偏好Python/Java)
  • 熟悉大規模分佈式系統架構
  • 具備優秀的流程梳理與優化能力
  • 具有強烈的推動力,能帶領團隊向目標發展並解決挑戰
