IT Manager (Infra, POS)

A leading multi-site organisation seeks an experienced IT Manager in Taiwan to lead infrastructure and systems operations, strengthen service reliability, and support business expansion.

This is an opportunity to shape IT strategy, lead technical teams, and drive secure, scalable technology operations across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure and systems operations teams, including network, server, IT support, and business systems support
• Oversee IT infrastructure planning, system maintenance, and service stability across multiple locations
• Develop IT strategies, technical standards, and operational processes to support business needs
• Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure IT security, system availability, and effective incident response
• Support IT infrastructure setup for new sites, system upgrades, and business expansion
• Lead and develop the IT team, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years’ IT experience, including experience in a team management role
• Experience managing IT infrastructure and systems operations in a retail, multi-site, or large-scale enterprise environment
• Solid knowledge of enterprise networks, servers, virtualisation, and IT security
• Experience in IT service management, vendor management, budgeting, and project execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP
• Experience with process automation or AI-related initiatives
• Experience with POS, payment, logistics, or hospitality systems
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, ITIL, PMP, or ISO 27001
