What you'll do:

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services across the entire organisation.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, VMware environments, user accounts, access rights, and related systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Provide comprehensive application support for key enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, CMD, BPM, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate system integration projects by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for successful implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to improve internal workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
• Work closely with various business divisions to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance and service quality regularly, identifying gaps and implementing appropriate actions to address issues promptly.
• Offer guidance and escalation support for hardware, software, network, and application-related challenges faced by users.
• Establish and maintain robust IT policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure security, reliability, and compliance across all systems.
• Conduct regular reviews of IT systems and processes to identify potential risks related to security, performance, or operations.
• Collaborate with global and regional IT teams on technology initiatives, standards adoption, and sharing best practices.
• Manage IT projects including vendor relationships, resource allocation, priorities setting, and timeline management as required.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT/Application Support team by ensuring effective workload distribution, collaboration among members, and high-quality service delivery.
• Support users in adopting new systems or technologies by providing training sessions or hands-on assistance as needed.
• Stay current with relevant IT trends by researching emerging solutions that could improve operational efficiency or business performance.

What you bring:

• Fluent English skills demonstrated through reading writing speaking abilities enabling effective communication across international teams.
• Solid experience in IT operations infrastructure application support or management showcasing your dependability in handling complex environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP CRM BPM business applications alongside expertise in system integration facilitating smooth project coordination.
• Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of SQL database concepts allowing you to communicate efficiently with technical teams regarding data requirements.
• Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies is preferred enhancing your ability to manage modern infrastructure setups.
• Strong familiarity with Active Directory Domain Group Policy user permissions DNS DHCP network devices underpinning reliable system administration.
• Proven track record in IT project management application support or system implementation reflecting your commitment to delivering results collaboratively.
• Experience in process improvement workflow optimisation automation is preferred highlighting your passion for continuous enhancement of operations.
• Demonstrated ability managing or leading an IT Application Support team showing your nurturing approach towards developing colleagues' skills.
