A leading IT organisation seeks a DevOps Lead in Taiwan to strengthen AWS cloud operations, establish scalable DevOps practices, and improve deployment efficiency through technical leadership and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Govern AWS cloud operations through deployment SOPs, access controls, and audit frameworks to ensure secure and reliable releases
  • Drive DevOps transformation by enhancing processes, strengthening governance, and improving operational efficiency
  • Own incident management and root cause analysis to improve system reliability and operational resilience
  • Collaborate with QA, Product, and Support teams to optimise deployment pipelines and release quality
  • Champion automation and testing frameworks to increase scalability, reduce manual effort, and minimise deployment risks
  • Build a high-performing DevOps team through resource planning, performance management, and capability development

Candidate profile:

  • Proven experience leading DevOps or cloud operations in AWS environments, driving governance, reliability, and operational excellence
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, access controls, audit frameworks, and cloud governance to support secure operations
  • Experience with deployment pipelines, automation, and testing frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and scalability
  • Skilled in incident management, root cause analysis, and knowledge management to enhance system resilience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with QA, Product, and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Experienced in team leadership, resource planning, performance management, and operational reporting
