What you'll do:

• Architect and maintain resilient IT infrastructure that ensures seamless integration across Microsoft 365, multiple cloud platforms, and hybrid network environments.
• Transform the end-user support model into a high-efficiency service engine by harnessing data-driven insights and implementing advanced automation solutions.
• Accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence within corporate functions to boost productivity and operational agility throughout the organisation.

What you bring:

• At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations roles with a minimum of two years spent in people management or leadership positions.
• Deep proficiency in administering hybrid environments encompassing both Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise networks including firewalls, VPNs, as well as cloud-native infrastructures such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT security frameworks along with hands-on experience meeting compliance requirements for large organisations.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as collaborating within DevOps or Agile environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective global coordination across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving resource allocation, priority setting, and timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Experience driving AI adoption or process automation within corporate settings is highly desirable.
