EUC Engineer

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join a global technology leader and work with cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM while driving the transition to modern workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities:

As an End User Computing Engineer, you will play a key role in managing end-user devices and ensuring seamless IT operations across a global enterprise.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) infrastructure
• Manage Windows 10/11 Operating System Deployment (OSD), driver management, and image maintenance
• Oversee software distribution, third-party patching, Windows Updates (WSUS), and Intune/Autopilot device provisioning
• Implement and manage MDM/MAM policies, endpoint security controls, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and EDR deployment
• Provide Tier 3 technical support, automate tasks using PowerShell scripting, and maintain technical documentation/SOPs

Candidate profile:

To succeed in this role, you will bring deep technical expertise in both traditional and modern endpoint management tools, along with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Hybrid Azure AD (Entra ID) environments
• Experience in endpoint security, compliance standards (ISO 27001), vulnerability remediation, and security auditing
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
