What you'll do:
As an IT System Engineer based in 內湖, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation’s global network of engineers and customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve responding empathetically to technical queries, tracking incidents with care, monitoring applications attentively, and deploying updates thoughtfully. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of issues. - Provide considerate technical support for a large scale of products, ensuring timely assistance to engineers and customers across the globe.
- Take responsibility for incident calls by offering acknowledgement, resolution, and setting clear expectations based on thorough technical analysis.
- Log, investigate, and track technical issues from clients with sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Monitor application events closely using web-based monitoring systems, responding gently to any anomalies or concerns.
- Follow escalation procedures carefully when collaborating with responsible departments according to the severity of incidents.
- Adhere to incident management KPIs by maintaining polite communication and accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Ensure risks or concerns that could influence software delivery or support quality are managed responsibly and communicated effectively within agreed timeframes.
- Work together with other teams to resolve incident calls efficiently while fostering effective inter-personal communication.
- Deploy product features and fixes to live environments thoughtfully, understanding the potential impacts on various interconnected systems.
- Document technical articles and problem-resolution steps in the company knowledge base system for communal benefit.
