A leading logistics organisation seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager in Taiwan.

Position overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the Taiwan talent acquisition function, with primary ownership of back-office and professional hiring. The role will manage three TA team members responsible for frontline recruitment and staffing vendor management.

The successful candidate should be a mature and hands-on TA leader with strong communication, project management, and organisational skills. The position requires the ability to balance strategic recruitment initiatives with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced and operationally intensive environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall talent acquisition function and manage a team of three TA professionals
  • Take primary ownership of back-office and professional recruitment across different functions and seniority levels
  • Oversee frontline and blue-collar hiring activities managed by the TA team, ensuring recruitment targets and workforce demands are effectively addressed
  • Manage and strengthen partnerships with staffing, dispatch, and recruitment agencies
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop practical recruitment strategies
  • Lead recruitment-related projects, including process improvement, employer branding, recruitment analytics, vendor optimisation, and system implementation
  • Establish clear recruitment workflows, priorities, governance, and reporting mechanisms
  • Monitor recruitment performance, including hiring progress, time-to-fill, recruitment costs, vendor performance, and hiring quality
  • Provide hands-on support for critical or high-volume hiring needs when required
  • Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders on talent acquisition initiatives and provide recruitment updates in English
  • Coach and develop the TA team while promoting accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Solid talent acquisition experience covering both professional and frontline or blue-collar recruitment
  • Proven experience working with staffing and dispatch agencies is essential
  • Prior team leadership or people management experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the maturity to partner with senior leaders and operational teams
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities, with clear logical thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Practical, down-to-earth, and hands-on working style
  • Experience in logistics, retail, manufacturing, factory, or another labour-intensive environment is highly preferred
  • Working-level English proficiency, with the ability to understand discussions and communicate with regional or global stakeholders; full fluency is not required
