A fast-growing manufacturing company in Taiwan seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead the recruitment function and support long-term organisational growth strategy.

This role goes beyond operational recruitment management. The company highly values principle-based hiring and believes Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in shaping organisational culture, talent quality, and business growth through strategic hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities:

As TA Manager, you will lead the TA CoE team while partnering closely with global and local stakeholders across the organisation to drive aligned and effective talent acquisition strategies.

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to support business expansion and organisational growth
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy across multiple functions, including technical and R&D hiring
  • Support high-volume hiring needs in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business objectives
  • Build and embed principle-based hiring practices across the organisation
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the TA team to strengthen recruitment effectiveness and stakeholder partnership
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations to leadership teams

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring talent acquisition leadership experience, strong R&D and technical hiring expertise, experience in high-volume and matrix environments, and strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.

  • Solid Talent Acquisition leadership experience within Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Consumer Electronics, or Technology industries
  • Strong experience in technical recruitment, especially R&D hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in complex organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across local and global teams
  • Ability to work effectively with traditional leadership styles while driving recruitment transformation and improvement
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading and motivating teams
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability and strong English communication skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in matrix organisations
  • Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation, or scaling environments
  • Familiarity with campus recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder influence skills in talent decision-making
