Senior Recruiter

A manufacturing firm in Taiwan seeks a high-calibre Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts and support the company’s rapid organisational growth.

Location: Tamsui / Hsinchu / Xinyi District (depending on business needs)

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring, drive campus and volume recruitment initiatives, and partner with business leaders to attract top talent supporting organisational growth.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, and managerial role
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver strategic talent acquisition support
• Drive campus recruitment, employer branding, and sourcing strategies across multiple channels
• Handle high-volume hiring while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Support market mapping, hiring insights, and collaboration with HR and business teams in a fast-paced environment

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring manufacturing recruitment experience, expertise in campus and high-volume hiring, and strong stakeholder management skills.

• Strong Talent Acquisition experience within semiconductor, manufacturing, or consumer electronics industries
• Stable career track record, preferably with 2–3 years tenure in each organisation
• Open to HRBP professionals interested in developing deeper expertise in Talent Acquisition
• Experienced in campus recruitment, large-scale hiring, and stakeholder management
• Hands-on, adaptable, and resilient with strong execution, ownership, and accountability skills
