A publicly listed manufacturer seeks an HRBP, Head of HR in Taiwan to lead HR transformation, strengthen workforce and talent strategies, and enable the organisation’s continued growth and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to shape the people agenda, partner directly with site leadership, and build organisational capabilities for the future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the site-wide HR strategy, aligning people priorities with business growth, operational objectives, and organisational development
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organisational needs to support effective business decisions
  • Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning, building the capabilities and workforce required to support sustained growth
  • Govern employee and labour relations, proactively managing HR risks and strengthening approaches to workforce issue resolution
  • Drive talent development and organisational capability, including succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Lead and develop the HR function, strengthening the team, workplace culture, and people practices while aligning with business priorities

Candidate profile:

  • 20+ years’ HR experience, including senior HR management within a large-scale technology or electronics manufacturing environment
  • Broad full-function HR expertise, with strong experience across talent acquisition, workforce management, employee relations, and HR risk management
  • Proven experience managing diverse workforce needs, including direct and indirect labour, migrant workers, and manufacturing-site HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of employee and labour relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, HR risk management, Taiwan labour laws, and manufacturing-site HR practices
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align business priorities, workforce needs, and HR principles
