Sr. TA Manager

A leading global industrial technology and manufacturer seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in Taiwan to strengthen talent pipelines and drive strategic hiring across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, managerial, and critical leadership roles across Taiwan and international markets
• Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, market research, and passive candidate engagement
• Partner with global HR leaders and HRBPs to align hiring needs, provide talent market insights, and support workforce planning
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition initiatives to improve hiring effectiveness
• Mentor junior recruiters and HR team members on sourcing approaches, recruitment practices, and systems

Candidate profile:

• 8+ years’ professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including in-house MNC or executive agency sourcing
• Proven track record hiring mid-to-senior managers and niche professionals within high-tech, manufacturing, or complex global environments
• Experience partnering with regional stakeholders and cross-border teams across multiple countries
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; relevant industry experience preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong stakeholder communication skills across corporate and international teams
