A global FMCG organisation seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to shape people strategy, influence business decisions, and drive organisational transformation across Taiwan and Hong Kong through strategic HR partnership and impactful talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders across Taiwan and Hong Kong as a trusted HR advisor, shaping people strategies that support organisational objectives and enhance employee experience
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, reward programmes, and workforce initiatives
• Coach managers and leaders on performance management, employee development, and organisational effectiveness while leveraging SuccessFactors to enable data-driven HR decisions
• Lead employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, wellbeing, and change initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and support business transformation
• Influence regional HR programmes across reward, mobility, and talent initiatives by collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Champion HR excellence through effective communication, process optimisation, and workforce insights that enable informed business decisions

Candidate profile:

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, supporting employee lifecycle management, talent initiatives, and HR operations within commercial environments
• Experience within FMCG, beauty, fashion, luxury, or personal care industries is highly advantageous, with exposure to fast-paced consumer-facing organisations
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors and HR systems, with strong capability in HR data management and performance management processes
• Experience partnering with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across regional or global environments, influencing stakeholders at different levels
• Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with local and international stakeholders
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining accuracy and delivering business impact
