HR Assistant Director
A real estate company in Taiwan seeks a Human Resources Assistant Director to lead strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, compliance, and workforce planning across nationwide operations.
Key responsibilities:
As HR Assistant Director, you will lead recruitment, compensation, compliance, and workforce planning to support growth and an inclusive culture.
- Talent Recruitment Strategy: Build employer brand and manage multi-channel recruitment (campus, social, cross-industry) to deliver large-scale hiring and sustain talent pipelines for nationwide expansion
- Compensation and Benefits: Optimise salary structures, bonuses, and profit-sharing while controlling labour costs and maintaining market competitiveness
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with Taiwan Labour Standards Act, manage insurance and working conditions, and resolve labour disputes while minimising legal risk
- Organisational Capability Enhancement: Align workforce planning with business needs, support managers with OKR/KPI frameworks, and improve team performance and morale
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR analytics (turnover, hiring conversion, workforce trends) to support digitisation and informed decision-making
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring HR experience in large-scale, multi-site environments, strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative, people-focused approach.
- Industry Background: 10–15 years’ HR experience with 5+ years in management; preferred in large-scale service, retail, F&B, or financial distribution industries
- Scale Experience: Experience managing 1,000+ employees and multi-branch/head office coordination
- Professional Qualifications: Proven track record in large-scale HR transformations (e.g., compensation reform, system implementation)
- Education: Degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or Psychology (Master’s preferred)
- Personality: Approachable, exceptional emotional resilience (EQ), sharp insight, decisive decision-making and influence
