A leading global organisation is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The organisation values your expertise in nurturing teams, promoting wellness, and delivering best-in-class HR solutions. If you are passionate about building strong relationships, championing employee engagement, and contributing to a positive workplace culture, this is your chance to thrive in a role that truly matters.

To excel as Human Resources Manager in this setting, your background should include significant experience managing complex HR functions within multinational environments. You bring deep familiarity with local employment law which ensures all practices remain compliant yet responsive to evolving market conditions. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport quickly across all levels of the organisation; whether coaching managers or supporting individual employees through challenges.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions for all employee groups in Taiwan, including both office-based staff and retail store teams, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Partner closely with the General Manager and Leadership Team to assess organisational readiness and provide guidance on team structure, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement an annual HR plan that integrates global priorities with local business requirements to support strategic objectives.
  • Lead programmes aimed at elevating the employee value proposition through enhanced engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition schemes.
  • Coach managers on effective talent management practices, including performance reviews, motivation techniques, accountability measures, and career development planning.
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions for both corporate and retail employees to foster skill development and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees by providing counsel on career progression, addressing job-related concerns, and clarifying HR policies or procedures.
  • Manage contract negotiations, salary calculations, relocation processes, and ensure accurate payroll administration in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to review rewards programmes for competitiveness and advocate for changes when necessary based on market trends or business needs.
  • Regularly review HR policies and documentation to guarantee compliance with Taiwanese labour laws while maintaining alignment with company standards.
