We sincerely invite you with full function management experience to join us and become an important partner to promote the rapid growth and international development of the enterprise.As the company is in the midst of a business expansion phase, you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic planning, organizational design and talent acquisition in multinational markets, and help build a positive organizational culture.

As an HR manager, at least 8 years of HR or recruitment experience, and at least 5 years of team management experience, preferably in large or fast-growing companies. your experience will be an important cornerstone in driving your business forward.

We expect you to not only have solid experience in the six modules of human resources, but also show a high sense of responsibility and affinity in team management. Ability to respond flexibly to changing work challenges, maintain high quality output under pressure, and handle unexpected situations appropriately.

What will you do:

  • According to the company's business expansion needs, assist the management to plan appropriate human resources support plans, including strategic issues such as manpower allocation, budget allocation and organizational structure adjustment.
  • In-depth understanding of the job requirements of each department, write and improve job descriptions, and effectively support the rapid expansion of the company.
  • Proactively execute a talent acquisition strategy, including talent search, search and arranging a full interview process to ensure key talent is in place.
  • Assist in establishing the company's recruitment brand image, promote the construction of internal organizational culture, and make the enterprise more attractive.
  • Cooperate with multinational markets (e.g. India and other regions) for recruitment, and work closely with overseas HR teams to achieve talent goals.
  • Suggestions for optimizing the existing performance appraisal system are put forward to improve employee incentives, talent management efficiency and retention rate.
  • Assist in maintaining the compensation and benefits system, including attendance, leave, salary structure, insurance and related regulatory compliance, to promote effective internal management.
  • Familiar with labor laws and regulations, taking into account legal compliance and company management needs, to create a harmonious and stable environment for labor-management relations.
  • Actively explore the training needs of various departments, and plan and promote relevant professional knowledge and skill improvement plans.
